How Do I Qualify?

The first way that we will qualify you is to do a complete credit analysis. Your REALTOR will pull your credit and with your input, determine how far away you are from obtaining a mortgage loan based on industry guidelines. Normally, the better your credit is the shorter your lease period will be (ex. 6 - 12 months) and the more credit challenges you have the longer we will make your lease. ( ex. 18 - 24 months )

Next we will look at your income and determine what price range of a home you will qualify for based on your debt-to-income ratios. We will also find out what kind of monthly payments you are comfortable in making and we can let you know what sales price that will compute to.

Based on this information your REALTOR will then match you will all of the homes that fit into your qualification guidelines that are in the areas that you want to live.
